A popular Norwegian foodie blog surprised me with a delightful cocktail recipe and some wonderful pictures. They also added some nice words about our product.
Most goals in business are measurable. Sales, revenue, market share etc. But in Fjording we have one important goal that is difficult to measure; lifting the status of cream liqueur and the prestige of those who drink it. Why is this important?
There’s an Irish market leader in the cream liqueur category. And Fjording is often named as the Norwegian version of it. What do I think about people using the B-word about our product?
Our crowdfunding round succeeded, and this created some buzz in the news. At TV2 Nyhetskanalen, Christian Ringnes shared his thoughts on Fjording entering the cream liqueur business. Will he be right or wrong?
Some publicity are more prestigious than others. Being rewarded the “Nord liker”-tag, in one of the coolest and prettiest food and lifestyle magazines in the Nordics, really made my day.
The Fjording equity crowdsourcing campaign started Friday 21.09. The team celebrated this by inviting to a kick off-party at MESH, in downtown Oslo. And investors proved to be ready :)

The discovery of White Russian has been a jackpot for the Kahlua drink. Suddenly the product became much larger than itself. Could such a thing happen to Fjording too? Well perhaps - if our customers keep playing around with our product.
